The apartment management division
of Atlantic & Pacific manages over 13,000 residential
rental apartment units in the Southeast and Southwestern
parts of the United States and through our Homeowner
Association and Condominium Association Management Division
we provide management services to community associations
that operate and control more than 6,000 homes and residences
in the Atlantic and Pacific regions of the country.
Our association management services is provided to both
existing communities and communities under construction..
 With
our diverse expertise in property management, Atlantic
& Pacific is able to provide individual unit and home
management for investors with any size portfolio. Through
our Single Unit Management and Rental Division, we provide
rental management programs for many of the condominium
developments that we manage. Services provided through
this division include:
Atlantic & Pacific Management employs experienced personnel
in all facets of operations to insure the highest level
of service to our clients and customers. Our services
have been tailored to meet the needs of the individual
real estate investor with one unit or 100 units seeking
management expertise.
We place a great deal of emphasis on cost control, maximizing
income and quickly turning units around so they are always
ready for occupancy. Our purchasing power allows us to
maintain costs at very reasonable levels. Additionally,
Atlantic & Pacific Management's leasing personnel are
trained in all aspects of the business and know how to
qualify and close potential residents.
Our accounting professionals are able to produce full
monthly reports including Income & Loss Statements, Cash
Flow Statements, Variance Reports, and Bank Reconciliations.
The Owner is therefore always kept abreast of the financial
position of his/her unit(s).
Atlantic & Pacific Management has in excess of 200 individual
real estate investors who we manage single or multiple
