A&P Companies Acquire 40-Acre Parcel in Tradition Community, Port St. Lucie County, FL
Bay Harbor, FL (January 8, 2007) - Atlantic & Pacific
Companies (“A&P”), one of the nations fastest growing

to announce the acquisition of 40 acres of land from Core
Communities, a division of Levitt Corporation (NYSE:LEV).
The 40-acre parcel is located within the Tradition community
of Port St. Lucie County, Florida. A&P will develop a
two-phased 600-unit Class A apartment community.
Over the past decade A&P has maintained its focus of acquiring core assets in growing markets. The acquisition of the Tradition parcel and the development rights for 600 luxury garden style rental apartments is consistent with A&P’s vision of owning and managing high quality rental communities. “Tradition is a distinctive community that will certainly put the Treasure Coast on the map” says Howard D.
