Getting Started
Welcome
to the employment section of our web site!
Prior to getting started on the path to a new and rewarding
career with The AP Team, take a few minutes to understand
the application process by reading the instructions
below.
Before we hire any new team member they must
first complete an on-line application and take our pre-hire
personality profile and cognitive test.
The Navigation Menu
Choose the section of this section that you would like
to view using the navigation links at the top of this
page.
To navigate the employment section,
simply use the links across the top of this page. You
have the following choices:
- To view the various states we do business in and
to locate opportunities within those states click
on the Career Opportunities link. There you
may click on any of the yellow states to find properties
and opportunities within that region. To learn more
about the position click on the job title.
This will open a larger window with more information
regarding the position. Each section will provide
you with a brief job description and basic details
about the opening. You will also be able to apply
for that position by clicking on the *Apply
Now tab located next to the opportunity.
- For immediate openings and positions that we are
hiring for right now, click on Immediate Openings.
- For a comprehensive understanding of each career
opportunity, click on Position Descriptions.
- To learn about the benefits we offer you, click
on Benefits.
- If you were sent to the site and already know what
position you are applying for click on *Apply
Now.
- If you have questions about the hiring process,
qualifications and other related curiosities click
on Q&A.
- To view the remainder of the site simply run your
cursor over any of the menu options across the top
of the page and click on the choice that interests
you.
How to Apply
- Click on Apply Now after you have reviewed your
chosen job description.
- The first step will be completing our on-line job
application. You will create a user name and password
and then simply fill out all of the information fields
required and hit submit. Once you have submitted the
application, you will be provided with a link for
step 2.
- Step 2 is the ADP screening process. You will see
a menu that asks for Job Title. Click on the appropriate
choice and then hit the yellow continue button in
the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- You will then go to a page that will ask you to
select the specific position you are interested in.
Make the appropriate selection and hit continue.
- Complete the personal profile. You will create
a password in this process and after you click next
you will be given a page to print out for your records.
This will also allow you to come back and complete
the assessment at a later point in time if required.
- Complete the Job Fit Assessment and Cognitive section.
- Hit submit and your information will be submitted
to our HR department.
