Tom Smith - Managing Director

Tom Smith, CPA, Managing Director of Atlantic | Pacific Management, oversees all of the day to day operations of the management company including the development and implementation of Best Practices for our clients. Tom has introduced policies that have served as the foundation for the successful growth and branding of the Atlantic | Pacific name. It is the unique blend of quality accounting and excellent operations that has allowed Tom to develop the finest back-office operation in the property management field and has set apart Atlantic | Pacific Management as a world-class operation.

Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University. He began his career with the public accounting firm Touché Ross & Company specializing in the areas of real estate and banking. For the next 18 years Tom served as Controller & Chief Financial Officer for several of the top property management firms in New York City. 

Sanford J. Fox - Corporate Controller

Sanford J. Fox, CPA, joined Atlantic | Pacific Management in May of 2007, currently at the helm of the accounting function of allmanaged condominium associations.

Mr. Fox earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Kansas and spent four years with Mayer Hoffman McCann, the largest independent public accounting firm in the Kansas City metro area, where he specialized in real estate accounting and taxation.

Jay Pietrafetta - Director of Community Association Management

Jay Pietrafetta, LCAM/CMCA, received his business degree from Flagler College. Jay began his career in the recruiting field placing over 100 management consultants a year for Fortune 500 companies nationwide. Jay was a Senior Portfolio Manager at The Continental Companies and personally opened, managed or supervised 30 Associations in South Florida. Most recently, Jay spent two years as the General Manager of the Point of Aventura where his responsibilities included the performance of complete management operations of the 60-acre community consisting of a MasterAssociation, five luxury hi-rises, a town-home community and the luxury Spa and Fitness Center while overseeing a staff of 80 employees.

Judy Dandy - Senior Regional Manager, South Florida

Since 2006, Judy Dandy has excelled as a Senior Regional Manager of Atlantic | Pacific. Initially, Judy managed a mixed portfolio comprised of rental communities, condominiums and conversion projects. She has since transitioned to overseeing new condominium start up and construction projects in South Florida encompassing more than 2,500 units and over 100 employees. Judy teams closely with clients in developing and maintaining working capital and start up budgets while simultaneously providing support to the onsite staff to ensure an intelligently and proficiently run operation. Judy is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management, is a Certified Property Manager Candidate and a Licensed Community Association Manager with over 20 years of residential property management experience.

Lissette Sabatino - Senior Regional Manager, South Florida

Lissette Sabatino has over 12 years of property and association management experience. As a Senior Lease-up Manager for The Related Group of Florida, Lissette successfully completed six new construction luxury lease-up communities, including The Yacht Club at Brickell. Lissette joined APC in 2003 and currently oversees the luxury and hi-rise community association properties for Atlantic | Pacific Companies.

Sherri Verret - Regional Manager, South Florida

Sherri Verret touts over 20 years of property management experience and prior to joining Atlantic | Pacific in January 2009, she served as Regional Manager with Alliance Residential Management. During her tenure with Alliance Residential Management, Sherri was responsible for the regional management in Florida, supervising over 2,600 residential units. Sherri currently serves as the Vice President of the Hollywood Women’s Club, and as a prominent Lady of the Lakes member.

Alicia Gonzalez - Senior Regional Manager, Tampa/Orlando

Alicia Gonzalez has more than 18 years of experience in the property management industry. Her responsibilities range from overseeing and managing daily property operation activities to the overall management, growth, development and stabilization of such real estate assets. As part of Camden Property Trust’s Management Committee, she assisted in the development and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures. For Michelson Realty Corporation, Alicia managed their largest portfolio asset in the Tampa Bay market. Alicia also served as their modifications designer where she provided consultation as well as implementation for renovations to the interior and exterior of some of their properties. At Atlantic | Pacific, Alicia serves as Senior Regional Manager where she oversees all of the Tampa portfolio as well as a vast number of assets throughout Florida.

Jackie Sharpe - Senior Regional Manager, Georgia/South Carolina

Jackie Sharpe is the Senior Regional Manager for South Carolina and Georgia. Jackie has provided her professional expertise to Atlantic | Pacific Management since March 2005, initially as the Association Manager of a 300-unit condominium conversion project. She has since been promoted to Regional Manager and has successfully overseen the completion and turn over of three other conversion projects and one rental community.

Prior to joining Atlantic | Pacific, Jackie accrued 28 years of business management and training experience. She was selected by the President and CEO of Bank of America in San Diego to develop and critique an advanced training program for branch managers. Her background and experience earned her the position as the Regional Real Estate Coordinator with TranSouth Financial Services for ten years. During her tenure with TranSouth, Jackie won the prestigious E-3 Award as well as Branch Manager of the year.
